They do it through meditation and visualization, and it works because it allows them to focus on the task at hand.
In order to keep your mind focused, you have to have some sort of mental routine.
Kher also said that you need to be constantly on your toes and take care of your body.
“You need to exercise your muscles and body.
You also have to be careful about eating well, not over-consuming things like sweets,” he says.”
And most importantly, you need your body to function at its best, which means eating healthily and exercising regularly.”
Kher said that the key to keeping your mind and body healthy is to focus.
“Focus on the positive aspects of your life, such as your health, the environment, your family and friends, and you can keep going until you achieve your goal,” he said.
